Storm Damage Repair Services

In our time of need, SERVPRO arrived on-site within two hours of our call. SERVPRO was great and we use their services for any of our water and/or fire needs.  

I had a flooding emergency that from the first call they were compassionate, informative and dependable. It is in the times of emergency you need someone to help keep you calm and Nora was that person for me.  Mark followed up with the same care and concern. They treated me like I mattered.  Companies that value people should be rewarded and I have never had this good of an experience with any company where customer service matters.

I absolutely love SERVPRO.  The Guys were very professional. I definitely felt the difference between calling a local guy as compared to SERVPRO.   Got the job done the right way, the first time.  When they finished the job, it felt like nothing ever happened.

So professional and prompt! I appreciated how they paid attention to all the small details. The cleaning was perfect and their customer service was on point as well! I will definitely be a returning customer.

SERVPRO did remediation work for us following water damage from a leaking pipe under the house. The work involved drying out and cleaning the crawl space under the house as well as multiple areas inside. The staff was thorough in first checking all areas to assess what needed to be done. They were careful when moving our items to clear areas for work and put up lots of plastic tenting so that dust and debris were contained. Overall, they did their best to minimize disruption and make the space still safe and livable for us during the repair work. SERVPRO was prompt in contacting me and coming out right away to start work, accommodated our schedules, showed up on time each day, and kept us updated throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with at SERVPRO was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

My parents just used these guys after they noticed mold around their kitchen cabinet. We had no idea what to do. I used SERVPRO earlier this year to look at water damage in my kitchen and advised my parents to do the same.

On their website, they describe their staff as Mold Remediation Specialists which I thought was a gimmick. But the guy who came out really knew his stuff to a granular level. Told my parents what to do. Turned out this was a much bigger project than we imagined. They gave us a reasonable quote on the project and helped navigate the insurance paperwork.

(I tried calling around to get a better price but was either getting higher quotes or people who didn't understand the project).

SERVPRO answered my call in the middle of the night and put me through to a tech who helped to coordinate a crew to help with a large water leak in several units of a building we own. Genna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and put me at ease with all of the questions I had. Once they began to dry multiple units in the building, their project manager called me again before they dispatched that day's calls to make sure the process was going smoothly. They then provided me with a myriad of helpful information, and other vendors to use during the process. The entire team is friendly, and they provide great customer service. They emailed me a daily update report so that the adjuster, as well as all concerned parties, were in the loop as to everything that went on each day.  After the drying process was complete, I also used them for phase 2, which consisted of rebuilding and reconstructing all of the drywall, damaged flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. Thank you SERVPRO for providing an amazing service during a very stressful time.  We will not hesitate you use your services again.

Very impressed with how quickly they arrived to fix some water damage at my apartment building after the sprinkler broke on the third floor. 3 floors got damaged and the guys worked on it for a few days. Friendly staff and they answered all my questions. They did a great job.
