Great company! Very professional. They know their stuff and are highly efficient. And honest! They won't charge you for services you don't need. I know because I asked them to do extra work and they said they would do it if I insisted, but it truly wasn't necessary. Terrific experience from start to finish!!

From day one, working with Marat and his team at Servpro has been nothing short of incredible. And no—this isn’t a paid promotion, just genuine appreciation from a very satisfied customer here in Agoura Hills. What started as a minor, innocent leak from our upstairs bathroom quickly spiraled into a full-blown nightmare: mold, abatement, damaged flooring, recurring water issues, and months of back-and-forth with insurance. Throughout all of it, Marat went way above and beyond his scope of work. He basically became our unofficial insurance advocate, stepping in to navigate the messy bureaucratic process and pushing back when our insurance didn’t want to cover essential work. The guy is a total legend. A huge shoutout also goes to his right-hand man, Carlos. Carlos is the definition of a true professional—skilled, reliable, and genuinely great to work with. It’s clear he knows his craft inside and out. I’ve attached before and after photos to show the transformation. We had an undetected shower drain leak that began to lift flooring. After asbestos abatement, Servpro came in to renovate damaged flooring, kitchen cabinets and walls. The restoration work was seamless and very professional and cleanup was thorough. Marat was very helpful, compassionate and always available to reach by phone if we had any questions.
