From day one, working with Marat and his team at Servpro has been nothing short of incredible. And no—this isn’t a paid promotion, just genuine appreciation from a very satisfied customer here in Agoura Hills. What started as a minor, innocent leak from our upstairs bathroom quickly spiraled into a full-blown nightmare: mold, abatement, damaged flooring, recurring water issues, and months of back-and-forth with insurance. He basically became our unofficial insurance advocate, stepping in to navigate the messy bureaucratic process and pushing back when our insurance didn’t want to cover essential work. We had an undetected shower drain leak that began to lift flooring. After asbestos abatement, Servpro came in to renovate damaged flooring, kitchen cabinets and walls. The restoration work was seamless and very professional and cleanup was thorough. Marat was very helpful, compassionate and always available to reach by phone if we had any questions.
