Sandra, Ortega, Brandon, Fabian, and on day 2, Rachel and Marcos joined them, all did a marvelous job with our pack-back! Just like our pack-out team, this team was friendly, professional, and they took the upmost care with our belongings. Of special note, Sandra rallied the team and ensured our bed was put together on our first night back despite critical pieces being part of the day 2 load. They went back to the warehouse, found the bed items, and returned to our home to put together the bed. Honestly, I give ServPro and the two pack-out/pack-back teams 100 stars!
