Meet Our Team

Kim has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since February of 2009. She was promoted to office manager in 2015. Her favorite part of this job is hearing that customers are happy.

She holds certifications with the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration, and Fire Damage Restoration.

In Kim’s free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves to cook and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.

Mariah has been with SERVPRO of Jonesboro since July of 2025 as our admin assistant. Her favorite things about working at SERVPRO is that every day is a new adventure with new learning opportunities.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their 2 dogs. She is an avid music lover and book reading enthusiast!

Wayne Cloud serves as a Mitigation Estimator at SERVPRO of Jonesboro. With extensive knowledge of the restoration process, Wayne assesses property damage, develops accurate project estimates, and works closely with customers, insurance professionals, and restoration crews to ensure projects move forward efficiently. His attention to detail, industry expertise, and commitment to customer service help property owners navigate the restoration process with confidence.

Mickey began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in September 2014 a part-time Marketing Representative. He has since been promoted to Business Development Manager as of March 2020. He is IICRC WRT and Fire and Smoke Restoration certified. With this job, he is able to work closely with his hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and its surrounding communities. This allows him to do what he loves, serving these communities and helping them in their time of emergency.

In Mickey's spare time, he spends it with his family. He is married to Greta Felts, a third-grade teacher, and together they have two children and four grandchildren.

David Ellison is from Jonesboro, Arkansas. He began working at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Business Development Representative in July of 2023. David has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting in 2006.

He loves to compete while cooking delicious BBQ, hunting, fishing, and going to the lake with family and friends. His favorite part of the job is being able to help individuals in their time of need!

Melissa is from Trumann, AR. She has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro as the Marketing Support Coordinator since November of 2023. She has four years of marketing experience at a previous restoration company. Melissa’s favorite part of the job is sharing with everyone the great work that SERVPRO does in a client’s time of need, we really do make it be “like it never even happened.”

In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, and visiting the state parks of Arkansas, in fact she has been to all 52!

Eric Clements has been the Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since July of 2020. He has several years of experience in the restoration industry and management. Eric has previously worked here on two separate occasions as part of our Production division. This has provided him with valuable experience in how the restoration industry and our company, SERVPRO, work. He also has worked for a moving company, which has helped boost his knowledge of moving and pack-outs. Eric holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, and odor. He also has a lead certification.

Eric is married and together, he and his wife have two children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, hunting, fishing, and working. He is very dedicated to his job and puts his all into it every day. He is a great asset to have added to our team here at SERVPRO of Jonesboro!

Tim began his career with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in October of 2017. He came into this job with previous experience and great leadership skills, which lead to his promotion to in 2018. He is also IICRC WRT certified.

In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys fixing up and rebuilding cars. He is married with two children and two grandchildren.

Paul is from Jeanerette, LA. He has been with SERVPRO of Jonesboro since September of 2023. Paul is IICRC Water Certified.

Paul enjoys basketball, music, and fitness. He is happily married with children. In his free time he likes to workout and spend time with his family. His favorite part about the job is the team he gets to work with, as well as, accomplishing goals with them.

Michael is from Paragould, Arkansas. He has been working for SERVPRO since February of 2023. He is certified in construction and machine operations and IICRC WTR.

He enjoys fishing and his favorite part of working at SERVPRO is having the ability to do demolition.

Justin Guest joined SERVPRO of Jonesboro in December 2025 as a Restoration Technician. He enjoys the hands-on side of restoration, especially demolition work like removing walls and ceilings to help start the recovery process. Outside of work, Justin likes playing football and video games and spending time with his family. He’s a proud dad and also has a cat and a dog at home. Justin’s energy and hard work make him a great addition to our team.

Koen Rasdon serves as a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Jonesboro, where he responds to water, fire, and storm damage to help restore properties quickly and efficiently. His responsibilities include water extraction, equipment setup, demolition, and job site cleanup as part of the restoration process.

Koen is known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset. He works closely with fellow technicians to ensure each project is completed safely and to a high standard. His dedication to helping customers during difficult situations makes him a valuable part of the SERVPRO team.

James Ebert is a dependable member of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro team, helping customers navigate the restoration process after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. As a Restoration Technician, James works alongside his teammates to complete cleanup and restoration projects with care, efficiency, and professionalism. His dedication to helping others and commitment to quality work make him a valued part of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro family.

Andreaz Wheller is a hardworking member of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro team, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. As a Restoration Technician, Andreaz works alongside his teammates to provide quality cleanup and restoration services while treating each customer with professionalism and care. His dedication and willingness to help others make him a valued part of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro family.

Amber McCord joined SERVPRO of Jonesboro in January 2026 as our Restoration Manager – Contents. Originally from Hickory Flats, Mississippi, Amber brings care, leadership, and attention to detail to every project she oversees. Her favorite part of the job is helping homeowners through stressful situations and restoring their belongings during difficult times. Outside of work, Amber enjoys fishing, duck hunting, and spending time with her family. She is married and a proud mom of three. Her compassion and dedication make her a valued member of our SERVPRO team.

Madisen Vuong serves as a Restoration Technician specializing in Contents at SERVPRO of Jonesboro. She helps restore customers' personal belongings following fire, water, and mold damage by carefully cleaning, inventorying, packing, and preserving items throughout the restoration process. From textiles and furniture to sentimental keepsakes, Madisen is committed to treating every item with the utmost care and attention.

Jack has worked for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as our Construction Manager since May of 2022. He is a great addition to our team as he brings 40 years of experience in construction. In fact, he began in this field when he was only 14 years old! With the addition of Jack, we are able to provide roof tarp and board-up services following fire, wind, storm, vandalism, and so on.

Jack and his wife, Debbie, have five kids, 8 grandkids, and 1 great-grandchild. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his family. We are very lucky to have such a hard-working and family-oriented man working with us.

Rebekah Scholl is a valued member of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro team, serving as our Construction Coordinator and helping keep projects organized and moving forward from start to finish.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Rebekah brings her attention to detail and organizational skills to the team every day. Outside of work, she’s an animal lover, enjoys all things true crime, and her favorite color is turquoise!

Rich has been the Construction Superintendent at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since September of 2024. He currently lives in Harrisburg, AR and grew up in Hickory Ridge.

In his free times Rich enjoys spending time with his family, including 3 daughter and 4 grand children, wood working and restoring old vehicles.

His favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is his coworkers, because they are a great group of people.

Justin Boyette serves as Construction Superintendent at SERVPRO of Jonesboro, where he oversees reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, clear communication, and timely completion. With a strong background in construction and project coordination, Justin works closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to guide projects through the rebuilding process after fire, water, or storm damage.

Known for his attention to detail and hands-on leadership style, Justin is committed to delivering high-quality results while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction. His goal is to help restore properties efficiently and give customers confidence throughout the reconstruction phase.

John is from California. He has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro as a Reconstruction Technician since June of 2023. He is a certified contractor.

John enjoys fishing, hunting, football, and spending time with his family and friends. He has 3 kids and one grand daughter. John's favorite part on the job is the different types of construction and seeing the finished product of their hard work.

Merrick Fletcher serves as a Construction Technician at SERVPRO of Jonesboro, where he assists with reconstruction projects following fire, water, and storm damage. He works on a variety of tasks including demolition, repairs, and rebuilds, helping restore properties to preloss condition.

Merrick is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. He works closely with the reconstruction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. His dedication to quality work and supporting his team helps deliver a positive experience for customers throughout the rebuilding process.

Steve has worked at SERVPRO of Jonesboro since January of 2014. Steve brings 30 years of experience working in construction but more importantly has worked in this industry for the last 25 years. Steve has extensive knowledge working with customers and insurance companies on the repairs following mitigation.

Steve holds 12 IICRC certifications including Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Residential Mold Inspector. He also has 2 OSHA Health and Safety certifications and is a Licensed Asbestos Inspector.

Duane is from Wynne, AR. He began working with SERVPRO of Jonesboro in April of 2024.

In his free time he enjoys fitness and exercise.

His favorite thing about working at SERVPRO he's crew mates, he says they're good people!

Jake Johnson serves as a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Jonesboro. In his role, Jake assists with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration, helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected disasters. He is committed to providing quality service, working efficiently, and supporting customers through every step of the restoration process to help make damage "Like it never even happened."

Gavin Anderson is a dedicated member of the SERVPRO of Jonesboro team, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
