What our
customers are saying
"This local SERVPRO does a great job with our clients! I can always count on good follow up and outstanding customer service!"
"We were needing an estimate for some clean up on a family members house and when I contacted SERVPRO, Jordan was so easy to work with. She then sent Terry to us and it could not have been any better. He was SO helpful and super honest, he gave us so many options and we never once felt like he was trying to "sell us" a service we didn't need. My sisters and I were very thankful for that. I 10/10 recommend SERVPRO, they are professional, great communicators and always where they said they were going to be. Thanks again to Jordan and Terry!"
"I woke up one morning and part of my living room ceiling had fallen down and the floor was wet. Due to several storms surrounding the Rogers tornado I had a serious roof leak and it was still coming in. My insurance company gave me the name of several mitigation companies, so I picked SERVPRO not knowing any of them. Kenny Stevens with SERVPRO took the matter in hand like it was his own home and he and his great crew quickly took action to stop any further damage. Not only that, but he provided information and assistance for the follow up that was needed due to the scarcity of available roofers after the Rogers tornado. Kenny answers his phone, provides reassuring and prompt service, and he and his crew are always punctual, polite, and compassionate. Top notch company that we're lucky to have in our area. If disaster strikes, call the SERVPRO team, you'll be glad you did!"
"SERVPRO always has a fast response time and some of the best equipment. Not only is the work done correctly and efficiently but the customer service is superb. Definitely keep SERVPRO in mind for any of your restoration needs."
Keith was incredibly helpful getting everything set up for our (insurance) office!
"My washing machine flooded my house the night before leaving to go out of town. SERVPRO sent a team out and they had the mess cleaned up that night! They worked so well with my insurance (Farmers) and kept me up to date on the progress while out of town. I had absolutely NO problems during the clean up and restoration. SERVPRO got my house back to the way it was before flooding in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO!"
(SERVPRO's) Presentation was great! If you need any assistance for fire or water damage, call these guys!
"Kevin, Earl, Andrew and Terry were all absolutely wonderful! 10/10 experience for a condensation drip/leak. They showed up promptly at 0900, an left around 1230 after cutting out the soaked drywall, insulation, carpet, pulling out the ruined laminate, and setting up the air movers to run overnight. They were extremely polite, (honestly perfect gentlemen) and gave very concise aftercare instructions for the machines. Also, they were super kind to our dog Korra, and Korra loved them too!"
Thank you for everything. You helped us put our life back together. We really appreciate all of your friendly, caring workers.
