    Charles is our operations manager at SERVPRO®; of Jackson and DeKalb Counties. Born and raised in Kentucky, Charles eventually made his way here to Scottsboro, Alabama, with his wife of 35 years!

    Charles has more than 15 years of experience at SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):

    • Water Removal Technician
    • Applied Structural Drying Technician
    • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
    • Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
    • and is also trained in Subrogation.

    We are fortunate to have such a dedicated member of our team!

We had our basement sump pump stop working for us. We ended up with about 4 feet of water eventually. Our insurance company recommended Servpro along with a couple of other companies. We called Servpro and they answered right away. Tyler called back and made an appointment for an estimate. When he arrived he quickly put us at ease and got down to the business of the estimate. After he was done we paid our deductible and he put us on the schedule for remediation. When the day arrived Tyler, Dennie, Drake, and a couple of other guys showed up and got right to work. The amount of things they brought up from the basement was tremendous. They filled up a 10 yard dumpster and then a 30 yard one. They then got to work cleaning the water damage up. They left numerous fans running and a few dehumidifyers running in order to dry the basement. We can't be more pleased with the work they performed and would easily recommend Servpro for any water remediation.
