On July 29 @ 5 pm, large hailstones put large holes in our skylights.
We called our insurance company and received a claim number. We tried
to get help to find someone to cover our skylights. We finally talked
to a representative of our insurance company in Texas. He recommended
SERVPRO. He said they would contact us within 2 hours. Remember this
is a Friday night. We got a call about 20 minutes later. It was Ricardo
Hernandez. He told us after we explained what happened that he would
get some material and come out. When he arrived it was starting to
get dark. I asked him if he could still cover the skylights. He said
he could and got his ladder and covered both skylights. It was dark
when he finished. It did rain later that evening. If Ricardo hadn't
finished the job we would have had a real mess. This is a good company
who cares. Again THANK YOU RICARDO.

While traveling on family business on February 12th 2018, my house suffered a catastrophic plumbing breakdown. I contacted SERVPRO of Cheyenne from Georgia and within 2 hours, SERVPRO personnel was on site mitigating the effects of the water pipe burst. In early June of this year (2016) we had a sewer backup due to tree root problems, and we had a real mess downstairs in our basement before we even knew about it! I didn't hesitate to call SERVPRO, because of their reputation here in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I spoke with Ricardo Hernandez and he agreed to come to our home and give us an estimate for the work needed. We are retired, living on a fixed income and we are both disabled, and he was able to work out an estimate that we could afford. I realize he didn't have to do this, so we are doubly grateful for Ricardo's patience and concern for our fiscal situation. He worked very hard and went "above and beyond" several times, and we could not be happier with the results, as our basement is not only perfect again, it matches your motto, "Like it never even happened." We literally cannot even tell it ever happened!! That's what we call professionalism!
