On July 29 @ 5 pm, large hailstones put large holes in our skylights.
We called our insurance company and received a claim number. We tried
to get help to find someone to cover our skylights. We finally talked
to a representative of our insurance company in Texas. He recommended
SERVPRO. He said they would contact us within 2 hours. Remember this
is a Friday night. We got a call about 20 minutes later. It was Ricardo
Hernandez. He told us after we explained what happened that he would
get some material and come out. When he arrived it was starting to
get dark. I asked him if he could still cover the skylights. He said
he could and got his ladder and covered both skylights. It was dark
when he finished. It did rain later that evening. If Ricardo hadn't
finished the job we would have had a real mess. This is a good company

Our SERVPRO Story:
SERVPRO of Cheyenne is a small company with under 10 employees and every single member of our team is considered part of our family.
Ricardo Hernandez, the owner of SERVPRO of Cheyenne, began as an entry-level employee for SERVPRO of Lake Havasu City, AZ over 13 years ago and was invested in the company from day one. After many years of working there, and loving the work and the company, he decided to branch out and open his own franchise. After looking at potential open markets he saw that Laramie County was available. He soon decided to fly into town, a town that was the home to his former boss Greg Wilhelm, the owner of SERVPRO of Lake Havasu City, AZ. From one visit to Cheyenne, Pine Bluffs, and Laramie, he fell in love with the area, the character of the towns and country style of life. He knew that this was where he wanted to call home.
SERVPRO of Cheyenne first opened its door in June of 2015 in Pine Bluffs and now operates out of Cheyenne, Wyoming, servicing Laramie County and surrounding cities.
