My letter to the Servpro in regards to the service they provided after my basement flooded. I don’t write emails like this, so when I send one you know I mean it. I just wanted to let Servpro know Mina, Marta, Tyler and one other Laborer who cleaned and organized my basement did an absolutely amazing phenomenal job! I’ve been talking about them all week. Please tell them a huge thank you! This ordeal was so stressful and overwhelming, but when Mina ( I hope that’s her name, it was difficult hearing over the fans) called out for me to come downstairs when all was finished I wanted to cry tears of joy when I saw what they had done. Please pass this email along to them so they know how much I appreciate what they did. I realize this is their job, but they did such a wonderful job that words cannot express my gratitude. “Above and beyond” is how I would describe their workmanship or work-female-ship. Corey and Clinton We’re absolutely amazing in the midst of our terrible crisis that my husband and I had while we were on vacation for our anniversary trip out of the country. They got to us very promptly and we were able to get in our home the day of our anniversary, which we were very grateful for. Corey answered all my questions and is professional and really went above and beyond for us as well as Clinton did too. Very grateful for all their help and hard work.

This 5 star rating is for Megan only - she did a remarkable job and helped us tremendously. Prior to her taking over our account I didn’t have a good experience at all with ServPro. Megan took over and was so responsive and made sure we were updated and got taken care of as soon as possible.
