Meet Our Team

Joey is our awesome Water Crew Leader! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for five years now and continues to be instrumental in our success. His favorite part of his job is meeting new people every day. He graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree and enjoys working out, hunting, fishing, and farming in his free time.

Michael is one of our talented Water Service Technicians here at SERVPRO! He has been a part of our family for almost two years now! A self-proclaimed “Demo King,” Michael’s experience in the field and his passion for his job, continue to elevate the work we do. At the end of the day, though, what he enjoys most is giving great service to people going through difficult times. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Glenn is our amazing Warehouse, Service, and Fleet Manager! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for eight years now! Over those years, He has lent us his considerable autobody experience and expertise. His favorite part of his job are his coworkers and being able to help people. During his free time, Glenn enjoys attending car shows with old cars, and camping.

Neva is one of our wonderful Fire Production Assistants and has been with us for seven months! Before SERVPRO, she worked in a janitorial position and then in home healthcare. While there’s never a dull moment working at SERVPRO, Neva loves how our awesome team always works together! When she is helping our Fire Division be the best it can be, Neva enjoys making jewelry, camping, and spending time with her lovely grandchildren.

Guillermina is one of our amazing Fire Lead Technicians and has been a part of our SERVPRO family for ten years! She takes pride in making our customers happy and always pushing herself to perfect her process. Prior to SERVPRO, Guillermina graduated from high school and worked in the restaurant industry for five years. When she is not working hard, she enjoys spending her time with her beautiful family.

Clinton is one of our amazing Water Project Managers! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for three and a half years now. A high school graduate with two years of college, Clinton is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. He also has work experience in Fire, Mold, and Biohazard damage processes. Clinton enjoys working at SERVPRO because it allows him to provide a valuable service to people in need. When he is not hard at work, Clinton is always up for anything as long as it is with friends or family.

Mike is our awesome Lead Mold and certified Bio Recovery Technician here at SERVPRO! He has been a part of Team Warnecki for almost 8 years and has been with SERVPRO for 12 years. His favorite part about the job is working in his division with the team. Since graduating from Hermitage High School in Richmond, VA, he has become certified in WRT, OCT, AMRT, CCT, Lead, Osha IO, and the ABRA Bio certification. When he’s not working, you can catch him hunting and fishing.

Carlos is one of our excellent Water Project Managers here at SERVPRO! He and has been a part of our family for almost three years now! He has fifteen years of experience in the field and is certified in water damage restoration from IICRC, is a certified mold remediation contractor and mold inspector. His favorite part of his job is being able to help and interact with customers and coworkers alike. When he isn’t hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful family.

Miguel is our amazing Lead Technician who has been a part of the SERVPRO family for two years! One thing he enjoys the most about SERVPRO is helping families. Since graduating high school and getting her IICRC Water Certification, Miguel has been a great part of the team and we are lucky to have him. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Justin is one of our best Fire Lead Technicians here at SERVPRO and has been a part of the team for twelve years! IICRC certified in water, fire, and odor control, Justin’s expertise and experience are invaluable to our team. What he likes most about the job are the wonderful people he gets to work with every day. He also graduated college with an associate degree in network security and enjoys watching football and gaming in his free time.

Arminda is one of our amazing Fire Lead Technicians! She has been a part of our SERVPRO family for fourteen years and her contributions to our continued success have been innumerable. Over the years, Arminda appreciates and loves the people she works with every day. She also takes great pride in her job and making our customers happy. When she is not hard at hard, Arminda enjoys spending time with her lovely family.

Sarielle has been with SERVPRO of Panhandle since 2026 as a Receptionist/Dispatcher. She brings experience in customer service, scheduling, executive support, bookkeeping, and office administration, helping keep daily communication and operations running smoothly. Organized and adaptable, Sarielle assists with client concerns, scheduling needs, and the behind-the-scenes details that support restoration projects. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, sprint car racing, fishing, doing her nails, and watching American Ninja Warrior.

Morgan B. has been with SERVPRO of Panhandle since 2026 as a Marketing Specialist. She brings experience in SEO, social media, graphic design, website design, and digital strategy, including previous marketing work with well-known national and international brands. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Marketing from Alvernia University and helps support the team’s online presence and marketing efforts across the Eastern Panhandle. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kallie Harrison is a Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Panhandle, where she helps organize mitigation job details and supports clear communication throughout the restoration process. Since joining the team in 2024, she has worked in customer-facing and office support roles, including receptionist duties and marketing assistance, before moving into job file coordination. A Brunswick, Maryland native and 2020 Brunswick High School graduate, Kallie brings a friendly, organized approach to the team. In her free time, she enjoys tubing and going to country concerts.
