He is a state-licensed general contractor and has 19 years of experience and advanced training from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. He has earned certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Technician, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

Etta is the Office Manager at SERVPRO. Etta has 10 years of experience handling customer damage situations. Etta has certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification in Water Damage Restoration Technician.

Andy is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO. Andy has 8 years of experience responding to water, fire, mold, and specialty cleaning projects. Andy has certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification in Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying.

Dean is an Estimator and Project Coordinator at SERVPRO. Dean has 6 years of experience in structural damage estimating and rebuilding. Dean has certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification in Applied Structural Drying and Water Damage Restoration Technician.

Jessica is the Production Administrator at SERVPRO of Milwaukee North. She has extensive experience supporting the production crew with scheduling, paperwork and providing superb customer service by fielding customer calls.

Veronica is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO and manages the Contents Cleaning area. Veronica has over 12 years of extensive experience with Detail Cleaning, Contents Cleaning, Fire and Smoke Damage and Biohazard Cleaning.

Will is a Sales and Marketing Representative for SERVPRO. Will's personal profile is shaped by strong family values, and an integrity-driven competitive nature that drives him to succeed. He provides emergency ready profiles backed with knowledge of SERVPRO's high standards and delivers expert results to his clients. He is also involved in the area Chamber of Commerce and other community associations.

Seth is a Senior Commercial Business Development Representative at SERVPRO. Seth works with commercial clients in the community developing a deep trust that meets and exceeds expectations. With years of customer service experience Seth is able to recognize and value the trust his clients place in him. Seth is involved with various local organizations that cultivate new connections and education about emergency response.

Avi is the Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO. With 9 years of experience in the residential remodeling and construction industry, Avi brings a wealth of expertise to the team. As a licensed General Contractor, he has the knowledge and capabilities to oversee reconstruction projects of all sizes, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project he manages.

Juan is the Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO, bringing over one year of dedicated restoration experience to the team. With a robust background in construction, Juan has spent five years as a foreman and estimator in the concrete industry, honing his skills and expertise. Since joining SERVPRO in August, Juan has been an integral part of our projects, applying his comprehensive knowledge to ensure quality and efficiency. Outside of work, Juan is a proud soccer dad to his 8-year-old, balancing his professional and personal life with enthusiasm and commitment.

Tyler is the director of Sales and Marketing at SERVPRO. He began his career in the insurance claims industry in 2007, overseeing and monitoring pollution claims for a large insurance carrier. Enjoying the collaboration with insurance claims professionals, Tyler smoothly transitioned into a business development role in 2009. With over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing in the claims industry, Tyler is passionate about helping organizations achieve success through strategic partnerships and data-driven growth strategies. As the Director of Sales & Marketing at SERVPRO Team Cowell, Tyler leads a dedicated team to make SERVPRO the trusted choice for restoration services across the region. He cultivates strong relationships with key partners, including insurance professionals and property managers, while also developing targeted marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness.

Katelyn is a Reconstruction Administrator at SERVPRO and joined the team in June 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and dedication to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UW-Madison, which she completed in May 2024. Katelyn has successfully completed her ECTP training, equipping her with the essential skills and knowledge for her role.

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys camping, embracing the great outdoors whenever she gets the chance. Her passion for communication and her enthusiasm for adventure make her a valuable asset to our reconstruction team.

Tiffanie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the commercial banking and event marketing industries, where she worked with some of the biggest brands and national companies in the world. Joining SERVPRO in October 2023, she brings her value for clients and dedication to her role as Key Account Manager.

Tiffanie holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Management, providing a strong foundation for her career. With over 20 years of experience in roles such as Business Development, Account Executive, and Business Analyst, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise and commitment.

Throughout her career, Tiffanie has built incredible, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike, thanks to her high positive energy and unwavering drive to help others and support her team in every capacity.

She is passionate about creating awareness and supporting nonprofit organizations, particularly those that aid children, military personnel, and first responders. Tiffanie takes great joy in making others happy and thrives on the connections she fosters.

In her free time, she enjoys escaping into nature, whether it's riding an ATV through the woods, walking along waves on a beach, or relaxing in a hammock. Tiffanie Wren embodies the spirit of dedication and community, making her a valuable asset to the SERVPRO team and a positive force in the lives of those around her.
