Andrea is our wonderful owner! Thank you for all you do!

Hailey has been with SERVPRO since the very beginning working alongside her mother, our owner, Andrea! Hailey has worked in the field for many years and is now learning the ropes of the office and marketing.

When Hailey isn't working she is off at college at UW River Falls. There she is a part of there Rodeo Team! Hailey also enjoys spending any time she can with her horses and teaching riding lessons to children.

Troy is our Office Manager and has been working at SERVPRO for 9 years and counting. He has training and certifications in crew, water, fire, and carpet and upholstery. Troy is married and has two children. He also has one grandchild. In his free time when he’s not at work, Troy coaches youth sports. He also enjoys going to his cabin as well as hunting.

Mike Hartung is an Estimating Coordinator at SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn, and Rusk Counties responsible for preparing and reviewing project estimates, coordinating with customers, insurance representatives, and project teams, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the restoration process. He helps streamline project workflows, supports timely claim processing, and contributes to delivering exceptional customer service during property restoration and recovery projects.

Mike enjoys fishing with his family during his free time and watching baseball.

Jake is a Production Technician and has worked for SERVPRO for 9 years. He has completed the SERVPRO Employee Crew Training Program for Fire Damage and Water Damage as well as IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician, WRT Water Restoration Technician, and AMRT Applied Mold Remediation Technician. When Jake isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and fixing cars. He also likes to spend time with his family and friends.

Ricky is one of our Production Technicians and has been working with us for 4 years now. Ricky has completed the SERVPRO Employee Crew Training Program for Fire Damage and Water Damage. In his time working here, he has traveled to help with STORM Team in Flooding Events and Hurricane Events. Ricky enjoys his time working at SERVPRO but when he is not at work, he enjoys helping others when they need help. He also enjoys part taking in demolition derbies, hunting and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his Wife Jessica, son Ricky E., and daughter Rebecca.

Trenton McNamara is a dedicated Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn, and Rusk counties specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services. He is responsible for assessing property damage, performing mitigation and cleanup procedures, operating restoration equipment, and helping return homes and businesses to pre loss condition.

Trenton enjoys derbying in his free time, away from work!

Nichole is a new technician mainly working out of our Boyceville office but sometimes works out of our Hayward office as well. Nichole has previous history working for restoration companies and is a great asset to our team!
