This past August we had a lot of rain that came down very quickly within an hour and flooded our entire basement. SERVPRO of North Kenosha County responded very quickly and before I knew it they had all the carpet and drywall gone and fans everywhere drying up the basement. Alex and his crew were very informative throughout the process and very empathetic to what had just happened. I would not hesitate to call them again.
We had a lower level door break open during a storm last Saturday causing waves, mud, mulch, pine needles and stones to flood out the whole downstairs. SERVPRO came that afternoon and have been here everyday since. Removing carpeting, trim, drywall and anything destroyed in the flood. They are polite, helpful, friendly and extremely hard working and cleaning up after themselves every step of the way!
