Senora and Jaime arrived at our home around 1:00am. A pipe had broken in the wall of our two-story home. Before we could get the water turned off, the entire level was sitting in 4 inches of water. Tracy is working closing with our insurance company. Tara keeps me apprised of every step being taken and what to expect. And the demolition team headed by Josh Scarlett did a great job clearing everything so it all dries and can be safely re-built. His construction knowledge was evident when he met with our contractor. We've used ServPro before. While I hope to never need them again, I strongly recommend them to anyone with a crisis like the one we experienced this week.
They did good work and Dana did a good job dealing with the insurance company. There was an issue with poor quality work with one of the staff but they resolved the issue and returned to make the work right. This did make the job go a little longer though so that's the reason for 4 stars.
