Before the water finished pouring through the ceiling (sprinkler systems going off three floors above) Nate and his team were there cleaning up the mess at 9 pm at night. The whole process was managed flawlessly by SERVPRO, including helping us find a great contractor. They moved out our things, stored them, cleaned and dried out our space with so much ease and efficiency. Cody was the one in charge of my water damages done by the upstairs unit negligence. This was such a difficult time having my Tenant leave due to upstairs unit water negligence. Emilio and his team removed the attic insulation and several sections of drywall in multiple rooms due to water damage. After "demolition" they left our house cleaner than they found it. The crew worked in a 100 degree attic with very little space and they didn't complain. Very impressed with all the people that SERVPRO sent to work on our house. They put down tarps and covered the carpet on the stairs as well as vacuuming everything when they were done. Israel was also very helpful when he checked on the equipment and even covered up some ceilings so we could use our rooms. The staff at the office was great helping coordinate the demolition.
