Servpro of Puyallup did a fantastic job on smoke mitigation after the Spokane Complex fire. Ninoska was especially organized with her specialty..the textiles that needed to be inventoried and sent to the special facility for treatment. She also made sure they were returned promptly and in good condition. All in the ServPro team were super friendly and it’s easy to see why with Ninoska at the head of the team!

We recently had the inside of our house cleaned after the Old Trails fire. I had a team of about 5 people and Ninoska headed them up. This team was amazing. Not only did they thoroughly clean the house and everything in it they put everything back incredibly organized and neat. They ran large fans for two days to help clean and air out my home. Ninoska was very personable and friendly to my husband, daughter and I and even our dog, Dixie! She called every morning and let me know when they were on their way and when she would be there. I never saw any of them sitting around or on their phones. They all worked so hard and really did an amazing job. My house feels safe and smells good again. Thank you!!
