Unfortunately, we found ourselves in need of remediation services after a hot water line leaked beneath our floor. The damage affected the insulation and, regrettably, the tile flooring as well. Unbeknownst to us, the leak had been ongoing for weeks before it was discovered, which resulted in significant damage. Fortunately, one call to SERVPRO connected us with Kimberly. Throughout the remediation process, Kimberly was professional, informative, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
