What our
customers are saying
Obviously, if you’re looking for these guys on Google, you’re probably not having the best day! Be rest assured that these guys know what they’re doing and are truly professional. They really do make things look better than before by the time they’re done. I feel like no matter how big or small the job is you’re in good hands with this company.
Sam and Adam were very thorough, worked quickly, and communicated well. They did a great job!
Rober and Lorezo did a great job cleaning up the water damage from a failed water heater.
Unfortunately, we found ourselves in need of remediation services after a hot water line leaked beneath our floor. The damage affected the insulation and, regrettably, the tile flooring as well. Unbeknownst to us, the leak had been ongoing for weeks before it was discovered, which resulted in significant damage. Fortunately, one call to SERVPRO connected us with Kimberly. Throughout the remediation process, Kimberly was professional, informative, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Because the leak damaged the tile floor, we expect to contract with SERVPRO for the rebuild and will share an update on how that process goes. I would not hesitate to call them again.
I am extraordinarily pleased with the competency and care that all of the staff that have serviced my home for the last 3 days have shown. Such attention to detail and concern for my wishes. I do not believe, in my 77 years, to have been more pleased with a service. And every one was a pleasure to interact with. They made a very difficult time seem not difficult at all. Thank you so much. I am referring you to everyone I know.
Luanne and Team. They did an amazing and fantastic job cleaning my entire house. I already recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks again
Racheal, Arturo, Antwan’s and Veronica were amazing! They went above and beyond the job! In a stressful situation they put me at ease and explained the process before starting.
Luanne, Amina, Robert and Milton They really did a great job packing my stuff. Also handle my belongings with care. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Luanne,Arturo, Mina,Veronica, Rachael Great job great communication very satisfied.. Great crew, great communication pleased to have them. Carrie Rios

Our Story
SERVPRO Team Friermuth began in 1992, when Doug Friermuth opened the doors of his very first SERVPRO franchise out of a garage on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. With just one truck and a one-man crew, Doug built his business on hard work, trust, and a commitment to helping his community through life’s toughest moments.
In 2014, Team Friermuth established headquarters in Puyallup, WA, and has been growing ever since! Today, under the leadership of Doug’s son, Kevin Friermuth, we are proud to be a second-generation SERVPRO team with 13 franchise licenses across Washington and Texas. While we’ve grown, our values remain the same: serve our communities with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.
