Tom Fitzgerald
Tom Fitzgerald started working for SERVPRO of Tacoma back in 1977 as a crew chief. He decided he wanted to stay in the SERVPRO system by purchasing his own franchise in 1983, SERVPRO of Olympia. Since 1983 Tom continues to show that he has the strength of ten ordinary men, fire in his eyes and iron in his thighs. If you happen to call SERVPRO of Olympia and get the answering machine, Tom will even sing you a song to brighten up your day.
Bryan Manley
Bryan Manley has worked for SERVPRO of Olympia as a production manager since 2008. He has a calming effect with customers that have just gone through a major disaster in their home. Tom showed up right on time and started the carpet cleaning right away. They did an excellent job on our 9 year old carpet in a quick and professional fashion. Tom even helped me break down a bunk bed and moved it out of the house for me! I definitely recommend SERVPRO of Olympia!
We have had Tom clean our carpets yearly when we had a houseful of it, but now we only have 3 rooms of carpet! His work is top notch, and he leaves them as dry as possible, and will even tighten carpets which have loosened up over the years. He's truly a carpet expert!
Tom is honest, hard working and he'd be the first person we'd call, should we have any disaster! He's friendly and fun! He now cleans our RV as well! Prices are reasonable, he's reliable and on time!

SERVPRO Team Friermuth began in 1992, when Doug Friermuth opened the doors of his very first SERVPRO franchise out of a garage on South Hill in Puyallup, WA.
