Donna is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Marysville / Arlington and has been a crucial family member for over ten years. She keeps things organized and flowing. Donna is IICRC-certified as a WRT water restoration technician and as an Applied Structural Drying Tech ASD. She understands the nuances of the services that we proudly provide. Her over 35 years of experience as a business owner of Tree Top Tree Service is reflected in her strong administrative skills. When not at work, Donna enjoys scrapbooking, watching sports, and going to the lake.

Jessica has been our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Marysville / Arlington since May 2022. Her attention to detail ensures an accurate and smooth workflow--from estimating to completion. She is deeply embedded in community affairs. Two of her endeavors include:
• Volunteer for the Snohomish County Human Rights Commission for International Human Rights Day

JD Downing
JD has been at SERVPRO since 2022, with 14 years in home improvement customer service/sales/management prior to joining our team. He started as a production manager and has since transitioned into management of office and operations. JD loves to be part of this team and cares for every person he works with! He was born and raised in Everett, WA and is a father to one amazing daughter.

I called SERVPRO the night of the fire on May 1st. The crew came out at 10 PM and boarded the house up and secured the residence from further damage. Thus far the demolition crew has completed that part and the rebuild crew has been great to work with so far. They handle everything from pricing to permits and are very involved with the adjusters. Making a bad experience a little easier.
They came in and cleaned up the mold in my basement and did a amazing job. Thanks SERVPRO!
