What I thought might be something serious turned out to be nothing more than condensation due to high humidity. Hector took readings and inspected and said the problem could be remedied with a dehumidifier. He is a totally professional and personable man with a genuine desire to help. He charged me nothing, but he gained an advocate and a fan.
