Contacted SERVPRO on a Sunday morning with a massive washer Leak, they had someone out in 2 hours, mitigated leak and began drying process that would take a week. Returned to work in excess of 8 hours for the entire period until complete. Technicians were courteous and professional!

Showed up promptly dried out the carpet, moved furniture out abd back a couple times, re strtched carpet, redid baseboards and touched up paint. Great crews for both remediation and repair!

I had servepro come out for flood restoration. They were quick to come out and get all of my flooring , drywall and insulation out. Dry the rest of the home and prevent further mold from happening. They did a great job.

I reached out to SERVPRO of Kitsap County for a quote for cleaning, sanitization, and a mold inspection at my rental property. From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service I received. Chris Street came out to conduct a thorough inspection of the property and took the time to answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that he was honest and upfront and never tried to recommend or sell services that were not necessary. His knowledge and insight into the very specific issue I was dealing with gave me peace of mind and helped me feel confident about the best path forward. Chris was punctual for the initial inspection as well as his subsequent visits to the property. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always knew what to expect and what the next steps would be. I also had the pleasure of working with Paula Monroe in the office. Every time I called with a question, Paula either had the answer right away or followed up with me promptly to make sure I received the information I needed. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, including when quotes would be sent, updates regarding inspection findings, and billing information. I highly recommend both Chris and Paula for their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I will absolutely be returning to SERVPRO of Kitsap County for any future work needed at my home or rental property. We are SO impressed with each team ServPro has sent to get out water damage taken care of. Every single person has been professional, friendly, and courteous. Even tearing out the shower stall was barely noticeable as they deconstructed it and removed it from the house! They’ve all done their work so quickly & quieter than expected , we’re jokingly calling these great professionals the ServPro Ninjas!🤣

Our diswasher flooded our kitchen and we called Servpro. Servpro was great. They came in and immediately started drying out kitchen. Chris the manager was so helpful. He kept me informed during the several day process and when he was busy with other customers he always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions. The staff was also great. Always on time and very professional. Daniel worked with us the most. He was very respectful courteous as well as Tyler and Devon. I would highly recommend Servpro

ServPro did an outstanding job removing water damage and providing mitigation from our leaking toilet. Provided good communications between us and the insurance company.
