As General Manager of SERVPRO of Downtown Seattle, Kevin Serr leads one of the region’s busiest disaster-restoration operations, serving homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients throughout the Seattle metro area. He brings more than two decades of experience in insurance-driven restoration and construction, helping customers navigate loss with clarity, speed, and confidence.

Kevin ensures that every water, fire, and mold claim is handled with urgency, clear communication, and consistent quality from the first emergency call through final reconstruction. Drawing on years of leading large restoration and reconstruction teams across multiple states, he builds systems that keep projects moving, reduce surprises, and deliver dependable results.

He works closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property owners to ensure each project is handled fairly, transparently, and in compliance with industry standards. By strengthening estimating accuracy, documentation, and field execution, the team completes repairs faster and with fewer disruptions to customers’ homes and businesses.
