We were out of town when an accident caused interior damage to our home. Jessica and Chris orchestrated and conducted an exceptional cleanup while we were gone. All, first rate!

A bathroom pipe burst last weekend and flooded into the hallway/kitchen before i woke up at 4a.m. to a strange sound of gushing water. I cannot convey how thankful our family is to ServPros mitigation and demo team. Exemplary communication with the Manager (Chirs!! Thank You!). The techs were informed, clean, respectful and knowledgeable. My favorite 3 things were 1. how the Manager keeps the initial team throughout the whole process. It is nice seeing the same faces and less intrusive, plus they know you and the job from start to finish. 2. Their response time...ASAP and consistent follow up. (In person and phone) 3. When my wishes were different then their standards the techs listened to me and waited for me to talk to Chris before moving forward with demo (saved us our entire kitchen cabinets!! ) 4. They seamlessly worked with my insurance so I did not have to shoulder the burden of being the middle man I absolutely plan to use them for the reconstruction phase. Although this is a difficult time I sort of look forward to working with Sevpro again. Thank You Seevpro for listening to me, easing my stress and anxiety and taking care of the little home that I love! Sincerely, B. Bray

Chris was amazing. Super friendly and took care of the job very fast. Highly recommend!

Chris Street was great! He managed the whole project. He was informative about the process and where we were at in project. He helped take a bad situation from a leaking pipe and made it look easy! Thanks for the great job!

Contacted SERVPRO on a Sunday morning with a massive washer Leak, they had someone out in 2 hours, mitigated leak and began drying process that would take a week. Returned to work in excess of 8 hours for the entire period until complete. Technicians were courteous and professional!

Showed up promptly dried out the carpet, moved furniture out abd back a couple times, re strtched carpet, redid baseboards and touched up paint. Great crews for both remediation and repair!

I had servepro come out for flood restoration. They were quick to come out and get all of my flooring , drywall and insulation out. Dry the rest of the home and prevent further mold from happening. They did a great job.

I reached out to SERVPRO of Kitsap County for a quote for cleaning, sanitization, and a mold inspection at my rental property. From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service I received. Chris Street came out to conduct a thorough inspection of the property and took the time to answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that he was honest and upfront and never tried to recommend or sell services that were not necessary. His knowledge and insight into the very specific issue I was dealing with gave me peace of mind and helped me feel confident about the best path forward. Chris was punctual for the initial inspection as well as his subsequent visits to the property. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always knew what to expect and what the next steps would be. I also had the pleasure of working with Paula Monroe in the office. Every time I called with a question, Paula either had the answer right away or followed up with me promptly to make sure I received the information I needed. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, including when quotes would be sent, updates regarding inspection findings, and billing information. I highly recommend both Chris and Paula for their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I will absolutely be returning to SERVPRO of Kitsap County for any future work needed at my home or rental property. Thank you again, Chris and Paula, for your exceptional service and for making this experience such a positive one!
