We had water damage on the lower level of our house, toilet over flow. We called the Insurance Company & they had SERVPRO call us. SERVPRO called immediately! Bill and the team quickly cleaned it up, set up the dehumidifier and blow dryers. Bill checked in with us frequently to see how things were progressing with the drying time. The Absolute Best- such a pleasure to deal with and trust
Arrived within two hours of flood on a Sunday and saved approx $16K of hardwood flooring using professional extraction system. Expert and hardworking team. Checked on status of system and floor multiple times throughout the week using high tech equipment. Kept us informed throughout. After six days of extraction, did full cleanup and left things as though nothing happened. Floor is perfect and subfloor totally dry. Major disaster averted. Thank you Bill and Servpro!
