After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.

Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration

We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

I am writing this email to thank SERVPRO for the service and response Mr. Michael Johnson provided the City of Winchester. I contacted SERVPRO to conduct an air quality test of some office space. Prior to the site visit I was contacted by Mr. Johnson so he would have a better feel for what to expect upon his arrival. By the end of the conversation he decided that a visual site inspection be completed prior to any air samples being taken. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Mr. Johnson arrived at the designated time and conducted a thorough inspection of the property.
