We had a bathtub flood Into our kitchen, and Sam came to take a look. By the time he had come, I had already pulled all the drywall out of the ceiling and tried to dry things out as best I could as it had happened over a weekend and I didn’t contacted them until Monday. He did a very thorough inspection and was honest in the fact that all I needed was some drywall repaired and recommended I contacted a drywall installer as it Would be cheaper than going through an insurance claim and their company. This is not my first time contacting water restoration company, but it is the first time I have had one be so honest with me! Additionally, they got contacted by my insurance company earlier this afternoon and came within three hours to take a look. Which was amazing! Because of their prompt service and honest Information I will happily give them five stars! They said they offer free checks for water so if anybody has any question of whether or not they should do a restoration give them a call as there is nothing to lose!
We worked with Sam & he did a great job. We had vacation planned & had to be out of town when he needed to be there to clean up after our leaky pipe caused water damage, & he did was awesome to work with us despite not being able to easily communicate. He got the work done & was courteous & respectful of our home while we were out of town (we did have someone house sitting for us to let him & be there while he was working). I would recommend him to anybody. The ServePro company was great to work with as well. They were very timely in our communications & working with our insurance company. They are a great service to work with!

After having a horrible experience with another company my insurance agent recommended them to me. Bret and Blake not on did a good job but caught MORE mistakes they did previously. Bret and Blake worked with Sam and they did an amazing job. I am so thankful I went with Serv Pro after having such a poor experience with the previous company.

I personally haven't used Servpro before but came across them by a referral when one of our sites was unexpectedly impacted. Servpro stepped in and handled everything quickly and professionally.
