Over the years, I have worked with several water restoration companies for various reasons, including a failed shower pan. Four days ago, my shower pan failed again, causing water to drain into my master bedroom and garage. Because I did not want to use any of the previous companies again, I researched my options carefully and chose Serv Pro Westfield. I was not disappointed. Derrick and his crew arrived at our home within two hours of my call. They were extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and treated my property with great care. As they moved items to begin the water mitigation process, they were thoughtful about keeping my furniture accessible. After leaving the equipment in place, Derrick scheduled visits each day to check both the equipment and the drying progress until everything was picked up. I have never had another restoration company provide that level of follow-up. Derrick was consistently respectful of our time and always arrived promptly for equipment checks. He was also very helpful in communicating with our insurance company and keeping them updated on the water mitigation process. I would highly recommend Serv Pro Westfield to anyone in need of restoration services.
Fast, efficient, and responsive. They worked with me and my insurance and got my repairs done ASAP, willing to work with me and my schedule and with my insurance company to give them everything they needed. High value, high quality work. When I had a few snags with timing or insurance claims, they worked with me to quickly resolve the issues and get me the paperwork I needed to fix them. I would happily recommend them to anyone else, and I will probably use them again.
