This is our first time experiencing any severe water damage due to an toilet. Called and with in 15 minutes the owner showed up to our home and started the process and had his crew there within the hour. Pulled up all wet carpet padding, laminate and hauled it away for us. They also communicate with the insurance company on their end and so far I’ve only had to deal with my adjuster once. So grateful they had 22+ fans drying & humidifiers in my home for 5 days to take all the moisture out of my home!!
