Toby Marlow
Office Manager

Toby comes to SERVPRO with 12 years' experience in the Pest Control industry, where he attained the highest certification offered. The last two years of that time were spent in Service Management over-seeing a large team of technicians, which provided Toby the opportunity to hone his excellent communication and team-building skills. We are looking forward to seeing Toby apply his experience and skills in his new role as Office Manager at SERVPRO of Waxahachie/Midlothian.
Toby is a native Texan, having spent most of his life in the rural area of Glen Rose. He is currently lives in Fort Worth with his two dogs, Kaiah and Muffin. He is an avid traveler, always welcoming an opportunity to combine his love of scuba diving with his travels. We are thankful to have Toby, with his warm personality and dedication to excellence, as part of our SERVPRO family.

Valerie has been with SERVPRO of Waxahachie/Midlothian for 2 years, and is Xactimate Level 2 certified. She has a degree in vocal performance from the University of North Texas and spent 20 years in education before switching gears to join the restoration industry.
She lives with her husband, daughter, and Australian Shepherd, and spends her free time reading as much as possible.
