Today, I spoke with your outstanding representative, Noell. She's knowledgeable and very helpful. I live in Williamsburg, VA and hired the local SERVPRO experts to advise me about remediation of my personal possessions, when I had to evacuate a mold-contaminated apartment here on the East Coast. I'd hired an IH and also had an ERMI test that confirmed that over 20 species of mold had permeated the drywall and air ducts into my apt.
