Coming home from vacation is always hard, but its even harder when you come home to your room being flooded from a leak in the hot water heater. Thankfully my insurance company sent out Servpro. From the first time they came in Leroy and his right hand man Mr. Ty looked at the situation and started the process immediately. Came in did their checks to see what they needed to pull out. Next day they were there with some other workers Charles, and Matt to start demolition on my home it was a all day event because of how much they had to pull just to make sure everything wet was out of my home to make sure mold never stood a chance! From there it was a couple of days with dehumidifiers going and mutplie checks to make sure all the areas that were affected were on the right schedule to dry, they also brought over fans to help out with drying as well. Unfortunately the studs were still wet. So I had Devin show up to close off more of the exposed areas and really seal in a dehumidifier to make sure the studs would dry. Thankfully over the course of a couple of days they were! It did take a awhile for them to do what they needed to but they worked with my schedule, I also want to thank Samantha and Kayla who helped on the billing side with helping me fight with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of and didn't have to come out of pocket for this. Now I have Bryon doing my estimates to get new flooring, baseboards, and a wall back up. From start to finish this is the company you can trust whether its fighting with your insurance for approval/extended dry time or even fixing something small they are there for you! We had a cracked upstairs toilet flood about a 3rd of our house. Leroy and his crew (Ty, Devin, and Matt) showed up before the appointment was even supposed to start and made quick work of assessing everything and got straight to drying out our home. The whole team was super friendly and did a great job of explaining what they were checking and how they planned to solve each of our issues, as well as detailing out how they will work with our insurance provider. Even though our house still needs quite a bit of work, we feel so much more at peace after having the ServPro team come by and start solving our problems!!

Victor Saracho and his team were very professional, communicative, and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. They took great care in packing up our belongings, especially valuables and fragile items, and did an excellent job putting everything back into its rightful place during pack back. We had a few snags during the 2-month process (employees damaging furniture, scratching wood floors, needing an interior re-clean, and a missing smart bulb), but Victor went above and beyond to resolve the issues, which I am very grateful for.
