Thank you to Andrew and Servpro for the amazingly quick response to our smoke damage claim. (Same day it was reported to our insurance company) We have a contents claim only as we are in a rental property. He was detailed and thorough in his explanation of the timeline, pack up, documentation, haul off to the offsite cleaning facility and return of the furniture.
