Natalie Highsmith is the Owner of SERVPRO ONEFORCE and a seasoned restoration professional with 15 years of experience in the industry. As the leader of a woman-owned business, Natalie takes pride in creating a healthy, supportive workplace while fostering growth and development within the restoration industry.
She is dedicated to ensuring her team delivers high-quality restoration services and is passionate about being an active part of the community, striving to make a positive impact in Austin and beyond. Natalie’s extensive experience and commitment to leadership, professionalism, and community engagement make her a trusted and respected figure in the industry.
Ben is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and a licensed mold remediator, bringing technical expertise and hands-on experience to every project. Throughout his career, he has earned the Large Loss Designation for his contributions to the early success of commercial large loss services and has led teams responding to major floods, fires, and natural disasters across the country.
Under his leadership, he has overseen operations with hundreds of employees, fostering a culture of professionalism, reliability, and high-quality restoration services. Ben’s extensive experience, certification, and dedication make him a trusted partner for clients navigating complex water, fire, flood, and mold restoration challenges.

Cameron Treme
Cameron Treme is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, bringing a strong background in architecture and commercial construction to the restoration industry. With four years of restoration experience and a decade managing large-scale construction projects, Cameron combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure both clients and teams receive exceptional support.
He has successfully overseen the construction of schools, condominiums, mid-rises, and government buildings, specializing in design-build projects, and applies this experience to guide restoration projects efficiently and effectively. Cameron is dedicated to delivering turnkey restoration solutions, helping clients navigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
A Master of Architecture graduate, Cameron brings vision, precision, and a solutions-focused approach to every project, fostering long-term success for both his team and the clients SERVPRO ONEFORCE serves.

Rachel Talbot
Rachel Talbot is the Director of Client Experience at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where she has led the Client Experience team since joining the company in 2022. A Texas State University graduate, Rachel brings a strong foundation in leadership and communication to her role.
She works directly with clients to deliver high-quality water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation services. With a focus on providing turnkey restoration solutions for both commercial and residential properties, Rachel is dedicated to ensuring every client receives prompt, professional, and compassionate support throughout the recovery process.
She is equally passionate about developing her team—cultivating a culture of growth, accountability, and long-term success within SERVPRO ONEFORCE.

Jasmin Leogue
Jasmin Leogue is a Client Experience Manager at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, bringing her background in marketing and customer relations to the restoration industry since 2021. She combines her expertise and attention to detail to help clients navigate challenges such as fire damage restoration, water mitigation, and mold remediation with confidence and care.
Jasmin is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. She takes pride in being part of a team that delivers turnkey restoration solutions—restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition quickly and professionally.
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Jasmin enjoys bringing creativity and curiosity to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves exploring with her three dogs and tackling new creative projects.

Amaris Carbajal
Amaris Carbajal is a Client Experience Manager at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where she guides clients through the restoration process to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. With a background in customer relations and service, Amaris is passionate about helping people navigate challenging situations while delivering compassionate, professional support.
She works directly with clients to address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance at every step, building strong, lasting relationships and earning trust for any emergency restoration need. Amaris takes pride in being part of a team that delivers turnkey restoration solutions, restoring homes and businesses quickly and effectively.
Based in Austin, Amaris enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and exploring with her two dogs. She brings dedication, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset to both her work and everyday life.
