The late December cold snap left us an unwanted Christmas present at our lake house: a burst pipe above our laundry room. The resulting flood was not noticed until 2 days later and the entire downstairs was completely ruined. We called SERVPRO on Monday when we arrived to see what had happened. They had someone on-site that evening and equipment started rolling in the next day. Throughout the demolition and recovery, the entire team kept us informed and consoled about what was happening. They were on site at all hours for whatever was needed. Their prompt action mitigated the damage that had already occurred, and prevented further damage. Every person was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I can’t recommend SERVPRO highly enough. They made a horrible situation better.
