Jose is a Construction Estimator who plays a critical role in providing accurate & competitive cost estimates. He also aides in effective project planning and decision-making! He is professional and compassionate and takes excellent care of customers.

As our Reconstruction Project Manager, Ajay is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project. His role is crucial in successfully executing and completing reconstruction projects. We appreciate his professionalism!

Aaron is a Construction Estimator. His in depth knowledge of both Restoration and construction needs has made him a valuable asset to the team. He is professional and compassionate and takes excellent care of customers.

Doris is our newest Production Manager but she brings 5+ years of restoration experience to the team. She is very detail oriented and understands the importance of good communication. She is IICRC Certified in Water Damage and Restoration as well as Fire & Smoke Damage and Restoration and is OSHA 30 certified.

Mindi Parker is a Production Manager and is responsible for managing the restoration projects. She is a great leader in the office and out in the field. Our technicians and our customers love working with Mindi.

Rhonda is the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of North Garland. Rhonda provides excellent customer service for all of our customers, but she is also responsible for sending out e-mails and correspondence, and helping our team in meeting important deadlines. She also prepares estimates. Rhonda is certified through the IICRC in (WRT) Water Damage Restoration.

Skylar joined us as a Crew Chief with 10 years of work experience in the restoration industry. He enjoys working with his hands and his extensive knowledge of all things mitigation has been essential in making sure all projects run smoothly.

Guillermo has been working with us since 2019 and was promoted to Crew Chief because of the quality of his work. He is a certified Water Damage Restoration Technician with great attention to detail and customers appreciate his calm leadership on-site.

Melissa is a Job File Coordinator with an eye for detail and a passion for customer satisfaction. She helps with estimates and timeline management and always has a smile on her face when you visit the office.

We're happy to welcome Jorge back to our SERVPRO family, he was with us a few years ago. He is a Crew Chief with loads of experience on the Restoration side so getting reacquainted with the work flow took him no time at all. Jorge is friendly, and enjoys listening to music to motivate him throughout the work day.

Francisco is one of our Restoration Technicians with a great work ethic. He works primarily in Contents, but is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. His coworkers enjoy his polite helpful nature.

Willie is our newest Restoration Technician, but he has been affiliated with SERVPRO for some time. Our crew chiefs appreciate having Willie on their team because of his good natured attitude and his strong work ethic.

Byron recently re-joined us as a Crew-Chief. He is hard-working, eager to learn, and ready to provide assistance whenever his crewmates need it. You can expect a job well done when Byron is on your team.

Jose Luis is known for being a hard-working Technician. His kind nature and industriousness make him a pleasure to crewmates and Crew-Chiefs.

"Patty," as she is affectionately called, has been an invaluable resource as a Crew-Chief in Contents. She is known for providing guidance and support to her crew members as well as addressing challenges that arise during restoration projects.

As a Crew-Chief in our Contents department, Maria makes sure that her crew stays on task in restoring and cleaning items damaged by various incidents. You can find her working closely with her technicians, ensuring a job well done!

Vicente is our newest Technician. We appreciate his dependable and resourceful character, and cannot wait to see how he grows here at SERVPRO!

Saul is a Water Technician who is a team player! You can often hear him asking what other tasks need to be completed before he heads out for the day. Welcome to the team, Saul!
