SERVPRO provided excellent service from beginning to end of their work. From initial water removal, mitigation, tear-out, restoration, remolding, pickup and pack back, and final inspection , every phase was most professional and always courteous and respectful, especially as we stayed in our home during all these phases and processing. Apt our process experts including Jose Guerrero, Mindi Parker, and Memo went out of their way to make this difficult process bearable and the interchange friendly.

Had a backup of sewage in my house at 10pm on a Friday. Called the local Servpro which was North Garland and they quickly dispatched Memo and Oswaldo. These guys were fantastic. They sent me a text to give me a heads up of their arrival (which was about an hour after my call). They arrived and used their equipment to asses the full extent of the damage, which was worse than I thought. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it and maintained professionalism and respect through the entire project. I can't recommend this Servpro more during a moment of stress and heartache.

Servpro did an excellent job on the renovations after an unfortunate pipe leak caused significant damage throughout my kitchen and bedroom. Ajay Mistry was my construction coordinator. He worked with all the contractors and scheduling. This was great to have a single point of contact handling my project. He is respectful, responsive, and was a pleasure to work with. It made the stress of going through this much more bearable.
