Yesterday I spoke with Meghan Jarvis concerning a water damage problem that I had. Meghan was very professional and very helpful as I was trying to determine what I needed to do. She had a team coming to me in the early afternoon. While I was able to solve my problem without ServPro, I have a very good impression of your company through my contact with her.
Michael undoubtedly helped make the best of a bad situation. His patience in explaining the process and friendliness was much appreciated. On top of being very good at his job and getting our carpet thoroughly dried out, Michael was also very courteous and polite when communicating with my elderly mother. If we’re ever in the unfortunate situation of needing ServPro again, we’ll definitely use this location again and ask for Michael.
