Adam Garcia
Adam is one of our Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Bent Tree. Adam comes with several years experience in construction, demolition, & restoration. Adam has served as a Crew Chief with another one of our SERVPRO offices.
Adam enjoys spending time and making memories with his wife, son & daughter. Adam is passionate about serving others & helping meet the needs of our customers.

Kathi Dodd
Kathi is our administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Carrollton. She was born and raised in New Jersey but has spent the last 31 years in Dallas. She taught kindergarten for 15 years before she started working in office management. She has two sons and two daughters. She and her husband are empty nesters now except for their two dogs and one cat. They enjoy spending their time visiting with the kids, renovating their house, and binge watching Netflix occasionally! Kathi has the friendly voice that typically greets you when you call our office.
Magdalena Cortez
Maggie is our new Strategic Marketing Coordinator.
She graduated with a Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing form the University of Texas Dallas (Go Comets!) in 2018.
Aside from working, she loves to dance. She has been dancing since before she could walk and is currently on a Bachata team.
She likes to think of business as a dance. There are times you get to solo and times you have to work with a partner, but always you have to be in sync with your team. Just like solos and partner work, there are also times where you take the lead and where you must follow. Either way, you have to have to be confident in each decision you make. You have to take pride in your work and take responsibility for all your actions. Even if you trip or fall, you come back up smiling and finish what you started. Because when you give it your all by putting in the long hours, listening, servicing what your audience wants, and having a good attitude; you come out accomplished and hopefully an encore awaiting.
She loves the sense of family that SERVPRO has. Anyone can speak to anyone. Communication is so key and they really practice what they preach. Communication within the office and with the customer. The customer speaks, we listen and serve to their needs however we can.
She is so excited to a part of SERVPRO and is looking forward to meeting with you!
Kris Floyd
Kris is our new Reconstruction Project Manager.
He has been in the construction/reconstruction industry for 10 years.
He likes to work out, hunt and fish, customize trucks, learn about investing, and spend time with his family when he is not helping customers at SERVPRO.
He has a new born daughter that is 3 months old, a 5 year old step son, and my beautiful fiancée to brag about.
We are super excited to have Kris join the team!
Cindi Wager
Cindi Wager is our wonderful Production Manager who oversees on-site production services, including water extraction, fire cleanup, mold remediation, crime and trauma scene, and bio-recovery. Cindi has worked for SERVPRO for ten years. Over the course of her career with SERVPRO, Cindi has obtained the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification, Applied Structural Drying Certification, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair & Re-installation, and the Commercial Drying Specialist Certification. She also holds a Mold Remediation Contractor License with the Texas Department of State Health Services.
When Cindi is not in the field or office, she is with her family. Cindi loves to barbeque with her family or take a nice long trip and fish with them. Being as determined as a shark in the office, it shows in her fishing skills out on the lake.
