We had an emergency water damage at our Memorial area home in Houston from a leaking refrigerator line. We called SERVPRO of Memorial West / NW Houston. They responded quickly and got everything under control right away.
The team was professional, easy to work with, and kept us informed throughout the process. They made sure everything was fully dried out and even helped with the insurance side, which made a big difference.

I called SERVPRO of Memorial West, NW Houston to have my carpet cleaned in our theater room. My poor Newfoundland dog had a bladder infection which I hadn’t noticed until I used the room. If you can imagine the urine spots a 150 lb. dog can leave. I thought of SERVPRO before a traditional carpet cleaning company.
I called, set up a 9:00 am appointment the next day. Right on time Eric was at the front door and proceeded to clean the carpet not only the spots but did the entire theater room without me asking. Gracie went to the vet received antibiotics and no more spots or smell.

Casey and her team were absolutely fantastic so professional and so thorough. Hey, I would hire this team again. It is apparent that the training and education and communication aspects of their company are well integrated. Shout out to Crystal, Terry, DAVID, and all the rest of the crew are doing such a fine job and for cleaning up some meticulously after the fact going through a hurricane is enough trauma and SERVPRO made it much better.
T John, the manager, was extremely helpful and was able to give me a reasonable quote and have the work done in short order. The 2 workers who came were diligent, conscientious and personable. They totally turned my feelings of being overwhelmed
