He keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also making sure our customers feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

Sonya is our Contents Supervisor.

Sonya oversees all of our textile and contents cleaning for homes and businesses. She brings fierce positivity and always shows up ready to give her best. Her genuine care for customers and attention to detail ensures that every belonging is handled with the utmost care and respect. Sonya’s dedication and energy make her an essential part of our team.

Terry is our Business Development Consultant.

He is passionate about connecting with people from all walks of life and building relationships that truly matter. Whether he's helping a business bounce back after a disaster or guiding a homeowner through a stressful time, Terry's mission is simple: be a helping hand when it matters most. With over 10 years in the restoration industry, Terry is ready to handle anything you throw at him!

Holly is one of our Job File Coordinators (JFCs).

She brings a positive attitude and keen attention to detail to every project, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. With 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, Holly keeps our team organized, our files accurate, and our clients informed every step of the way. She’s a fantastic addition to the team and always ready to make sure everything runs smoothly!

TJ is our Director of Business Development.
