About Us
SERVPRO of McKinney is part of SERVPRO Team Wilson. The Wilson family entered the SERVPRO system in 1999, and Benji and Brady Wilson have served as Operating General Managers since 2007, building the group across Texas and Alabama on repeat business and referral.
McKinney is a different kind of market than most of what Team Wilson serves. The city has roughly tripled in population this century, which means a nineteenth-century downtown square sits a few miles from subdivisions finished last year, and both are in our service area. A masonry building on Louisiana Street and a two year old home in a master planned community fail in completely different ways, and knowing the difference is most of the job.
North Texas also runs a distinct calendar. Freeze events break pipes in January. Hail season runs spring into early summer. That rhythm shapes how we staff and what equipment we keep ready.
