Jerry, my demo guy was excellent. In a very stressful moment, he showed up with a Pleasant and reassuring attitude, ready to help and explain everything & answer any questions that I might have. It was a great relief to have someone so competent show up. I recommend him highly and I’m very pleased with the job he did for me and for Servpro. And even though we both knew, the house was about to be torn up, he tidied up the flooring that remained just so we would feel more comfortable for the next week while working through the reconstruction process, see picture,

We woke up to 2-3 inches of water in our bathroom on morning. Servpro’s team, Corine and Jose, did an outstanding job handling our emergency water damage cleanup and mitigation. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately got to work assessing the situation. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Corine clearly explained each step of the process and made sure everything was handled thoroughly and safely. Jose had the hands to clean everything to perfection. I had so many questions for Jerry and Amado when they arrived this morning to assess the water damage in our townhome. Not only were they kind, thorough, and communicative, but they explained every issue in a way that made it easy to understand what needed to have done. Shout out to Fernando and team who helped us scope out a full house construction ”wood dust” clean-up effort following a disastrous mis-managed hardwood reflooring project by a local Conroe vendor. Will provide additional comments after cleaning but speed of onsite inspection visit (same day), contracting process and scheduling of immediate service was phenomenal! Really feeling confident with Fernando’s team to come behind another contractor’s poor performance.

Corine came in my home in Willis and did an amazing job at what she does. This woman goes above and beyond for her company. I would recommend anyone in need of water damage. CORINE IS THE BEST!!!

Id like to thank Jerry and Amado for showing up to my house at 8:30pm to assess my water damage debacle. They were super nice, helpful and very informative.
