Servpro of Houston Heights came in and handled it from start to finish, they cleaned all the surfaces, removed the smoke smell, and even made my cabinets and counters look better than before. The team was friendly and professional, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. It’s such a relief to have my kitchen back and I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed to.

We had water damage from a water heater that was installed wrong and it totally caught us off guard. Servpro of Houston Heights responded quickly and got to work right away. They were super professional but also made us feel comfortable the whole time. They explained what was happening and what the next steps would be which really helped ease our stress. The equipment they used was legit and they made sure everything was completely dry and safe before they wrapped up. I’m so thankful we called them. Servpro of Houston Heights recently completed water remediation, construction and pack in/out for our home. Throughout the process, the entire team were professional and expedient. When we arrived from vacation we found that our ceiling had collapsed from a water leak. We immediately called Servpro of Houston Heights and Mr. King arrived with an hour of our call. He and his team began the job and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Jorge Reyes worked closely with our home insurance to ensure that funding for the project was released. We highly recommend this company without reservation.

We had considerable damage inside our walls after the summer of storms and called SERVPro to come out and demo and reconstruct the areas where we had damaged. I was very impressed with the team! They finished quickly, showed up immediately. They were very communicative about progress and costs. Importantly, they worked very cleanly and there was very little dust after they were done. I have a lot of trust in them and appreciated their expertise in getting the house back to 100%.
