I want to give a big thank you to Trebor Rogers and the SERVPRO of Highland Village team for doing an excellent job. Dealing with water damage and mold can be overwhelming, but Trebor was professional, helpful, and made the entire process much easier. The team did a great job with the water and mold mitigation, making sure the affected areas were properly addressed before moving on to the reconstruction. The reconstruction work was also handled very well, and I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Trebor was great to work with and kept the process moving while making sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Highland Village to anyone needing water damage, mold mitigation, or reconstruction services.

My daughter is building a house and had 2 areas of water intrusion that caused the ceiling to be stained. The drywall people cut out the drywall and there was a concern that mold may have developed on the framing wood. Trebor came out with some special equipment to check for mold and reassured us that there was no significant mold problem. To allay our fears, he fumigated the area before the drywall team repaired the area with new drywall. Trebor was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. If we ever have need from the services that Servpro of Highland Village/ Denton provides, they will be our first call.
We had a wonderful experience with Servpro of Highland Village. Payton showed up at 6am the day of our house flood, and made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Kristian and Alex took over the job and came daily to ensure that we had everything we need and that our home was drying out adequately. They were kind, prompt, and very efficient. We remained in our home throughout demolition and the whole team made sure to communicate what they were doing, put up tarps where necessary to limit our disruption, etc. We were so pleased that we are now using Serve Pro Highland Village to also complete the reconstruction now that Water Mitigation is complete!
Very happy with our experience here. When I told the team about the initial water leakage issue, they came out the next day. From there, they stayed in constant communication and upfront about the process and pricing. They cleanup and construction were exactly what we were expecting! Highly recommend them for anyone in a similar situation as we were.

Servpro was fast to schedule and show up. They got right down to the business of accessing and addressing our remediation. Friendly technicians, pleasant to work with. We had a tough leak to find, but have been able to move forward with Servpro, they will handle our rebuilt as well. Looking forward to it! Will post photos when done. Highly recommend this company.
