SERVPRO Fulshear responded quickly to our crisis arriving with equipment required to remove the water that saturated the first floor. Sebastian and his crew have done an outstanding job removing wood flooring, carpets, baseboards, sheetrock, insulation, built in cabinets and appliances. The ladies took great care in packing out our china and crystal. We are ready for SERVPRO to begin the rebuild process only a week after the washing machine flooded our down stairs.

Kristina Norlander, a proud graduate of Aggie Class of '91, embarked on her journey with SERVPRO through a twist of fate. With a background rooted in the insurance industry, Kristina recognized the pressing need for reliable and compassionate restoration services. In 2005, she took the leap into entrepreneurship by acquiring her first SERVPRO franchise, SERVPRO of Bellaire, alongside her husband. Since then, Kristina's commitment to community support and customer satisfaction has driven the expansion of her franchise network, including the acquisition of SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson, SERVPRO of Fulshear, SERVPRO of Richmond/Rosenberg and SERVPRO of Sienna Plantation/Needville.
With over 19 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, Kristina brings a wealth of expertise in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and professional cleaning services. Her dedication to excellence has not only earned the trust of countless customers but also positioned her as a trailblazer in licensed mold remediation.
