Miguel, Brandt and crew were amazing! They were timely, professional and communication was great. We called after a leak under our kitchen sink and they arrived within 30-45 minutes and mitigated the damage. I am so thankful for ServPro and the fantastic customer service we received.

We came home from vacation to our house completely under water. Servpro was there so fast after we called, removing all the water late into the night . SERVPRO Fulshear responded quickly to our crisis arriving with equipment required to remove the water that saturated the first floor. Sebastian and his crew have done an outstanding job removing wood flooring, carpets, baseboards, sheetrock, insulation, built in cabinets and appliances. The ladies took great care in packing out our china and crystal. We are ready for SERVPRO to begin the rebuild process only a week after the washing machine flooded our down stairs.

Kristina Norlander, a proud graduate of Aggie Class of '91, embarked on her journey with SERVPRO through a twist of fate. With a background rooted in the insurance industry, Kristina recognized the pressing need for reliable and compassionate restoration services. In 2005, she took the leap into entrepreneurship by acquiring her first SERVPRO franchise, SERVPRO of Bellaire, alongside her husband.
