I hired them after one of the warehouses we own in Corpus had a water heater that failed on the second floor and flooded the upstairs and downstairs. I found out about the damage on a Saturday evening. I called them and with-in 2 hours they were there and started the restoration work. I worked over the phone (since I was in Florida) with Jeremiah. He was very helpful and keep me in the loop as the work progressed. I also had to work with Alana Ramirez their Admin Assistant with all the paperwork. She was wonderful to work with as well. Once SERVPRO was finished with their portion I had to hire a plumber to replace the water heater and a construction company to repair and replace the walls, ceiling tiles and flooring. SERVPRO offered me a couple recommendations for both since I had no idea who to call on. I used Mokry Plumbing and MasterElite Construction, both were SERVPRO’s recommendations. They were outstanding as well. Thanks for a great all around experience from everyone!!!

SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East was first established in 2001 to service the local community’s restoration needs. When the company was founded, it was built on principles: hard work, proper training, and customer service. Without these fundamental principles, we would not have been able to provide 20 years of service to our Corpus Christi community.
As of December 2020, William Love, Jim Metteauer, and Taylor Rosson, and Tom Dorvin purchased the franchise from a long-standing SERVPRO operator. Growing up on the Mississippi coast, William and Taylor lived through Hurricane Katrina and experienced major water damages. Because the owners have dealt with their fair share of home mitigation, they understand what it is like to go through these trying times. Should you experience a loss at your home or property, we would be honored to assist in your restoration needs.
