We went through two plumbers and a leak detection company to help us figure out a mystery puddle, but it was Andrew at Servpro who finally helped discover where the moisture and leak was coming from. On his recommendation, we called our plumber back and we were able to find and fix the leak in a matter of hours. He was very thorough in his assessment and, though we still have work to do to fix the mold that accumulated during our slow leak, I could not be more pleased to finally have our leak mystery solved and fixed and look forward to continued work with Servpro for this job.
