Dakota Kirkpatrick directs large loss response for SERVPRO of Conroe, coordinating the crews, equipment, and logistics that major commercial and institutional restoration projects demand across Conroe and Montgomery County. He manages multi-building and multi-floor water and fire losses, mobilizes resources during regional storm events, and keeps complex projects on schedule while communicating clearly with property owners, facility managers, and insurance adjusters.

Jessica Pickens oversees the insurance claims process for SERVPRO of Conroe, guiding Conroe area homeowners, business owners, and carriers through documentation, scope, and billing from the first call to the final invoice. She builds detailed, accurate scopes of work, manages claim paperwork, and serves as the point of contact between policyholders and adjusters so water, fire, and mold restoration projects move forward without delay.
